Not only does this help you feel better in many ways, but it also helps your body to be more resilient in the face of stress, injury, and illness. In other words, you bounce back a little faster!

Our doctors are trained to provide a range of different approaches, from very gentle and suitable for brand new babies, all the way to more dynamic adjustments for some adults. Some adults prefer gentle adjustments too, and we're happy to oblige. We specialize in *gentle* chiropractic, finding just the right combination of techniques to help you live your life more fully. Approaches we offer include DNFT, activator, tonal techniques, CranioSacral, and more. Your doctor will tell you about these options at your first visit or two.
